Some questions that we often get asked.......

)Can I pay by card over the telephone?

J Yes no problem – go online put items into your basket and check out with ‘purchase order’ option – in box enter pls call for payment. We will then call you to pay over the telephone by card. We will have all your information in our system so can process this quickly for you.

)Delivery states 2 - 3 days can I get items sooner?

JCertain items can have an expedited delivery for an extra cost this depends on manufacturers – we’ll try our best!

)Can I call in to buy from your premises?

J We’re sorry but our offices are purely administrative and our warehousing facilities do not accept personal callers – we do offer next day delivery on most orders right up until 4pm cut off.

)I want to send items to 2 different company outlets - can I do so?

J We can send items to multiple addresses – you can do this when ordering. We can only do this for companies or organisations that have recognised registered outlets.

)Can I have products delivered to an address different to my card address?

J In order to protect you we only deliver to a card registered address (where statements go to) or a confirmed PayPal address – we take security very seriously.

)Where can I find the product code and information about delivery?

J If you look under the ‘additional information’ tab on a product page it will give you this information.

)How do I know who I am buying from?

J We have all our company information on our About Us page

)Do you accept returns?

J We are happy to show you our terms & conditions on the T’s & C’s page - we operate fully within the laws of the UK and welcome any comments if you feel unhappy about any part of our service to you.

)Can I please have a VAT invoice?

JNo problem – we issue invoices with VAT shown and including our VAT number.
